We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders Orders are placed online through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with French and European consumer law, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@champclaux.store. Return shipping is free of charge for EU customers, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
8. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. 9. Warranties EU/France customers: All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided under French law. 10. Customs & Import Duties (USA) Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
11. Liability CHAMPCLAUX BERTRAND cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products or any delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, carrier delays, etc.).

If no amicable resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
